Shipping & Returns


If for any reason you aren’t satisfied, use the return form located on the bottom half of your packing slip.

  1. Fill out your form
  2. For standard returns: Once your form is filled out, enclose it in a box along with the merchandise you wish to return and send it back to us for a refund of its purchase price less the $8 for the return.
  3. For defective merchandise: If you feel your merchandise is defective, please indicate that. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed for the full purchase price.
  4. All requests will be processed within one to three business days upon receipt of your package in Rancho Cordova, CA.
  5. Your credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 10 - 15 days for any credit card adjustments to appear.
